- Follow-up-testing plan for the appropriate employer representative

- Drug or alcohol testing, including the RTD test
- Required follow-up tests
- Employer or TPA charges
- Outside-provider fees
Who pays? DOT generally leaves payment for SAP services to the employer and employee, potentially affected by agreements and benefits. Other costs may depend on employer policy, agreements, benefits, or applicable law. See DOT § 40.289(c) ↗
